A wife, mama to four, business owner, Jesus lover, and recovered people-pleasing Christian. I have been teaching, encouraging, and leading people for over 15 years. Despite having grown up on a church pew, there came a time in my walk with the Lord when I realized I was following the Christian checklist of things to do right vs an actual relationship with our loving father. I knew it wasn’t right and that something had to change. I started asking the Lord to give me a hunger for His presence and His Word that only He could give. And boy did He show up. I was more in love with Jesus than I had ever been. And now He has called me to serve you with this podcast. In this episode, we discuss what Christian mentorship is, what a mentor does and does not do, and biblical examples of mentorship.
Biblical examples of mentorship include Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, and Paul and Timothy. These relationships were marked by trust, vulnerability, and a commitment to spiritual growth. Through their mentorship, the mentees were able to learn from the experiences and insights of their mentors, and they were equipped to lead and serve in their own right.
I also share my vulnerable story of mentorship in her life, my experiences mentoring others, and what the next steps are for all of us.

Easter is over. Now what?
We spend so much time studying scriptures during Holy Week and leading up to the cross, but what do we do after? Does it all just stop?
Nope, it sure doesn't!
Today we are going to take a brief look into 1 Corinthian 15 where our bible bf Paul sheds some light on how the resurrection of the cross impacts our daily life.
We are going to talk about 3 ways that we, women of God, can live differently because Jesus died on the cross and rose again.

I love Easter so much. I love studying the scriptures of what takes place now and for the next 40-something days. So much hope, so much promise.
This year, I did it a little differently and deep dove into some of the prophecies that Jesus fulfilled. It was eye-opening and SO good so we are sharing it here.
Join me as I break down a few of the prophecies that Jesus fulfilled during His short time here on earth. Why? Because it is so important, it confirms the integrity of scripture, and it affirms that Jesus is a man of His Word. Maybe it is just me, but I need that confirmation today.

Did you know 1 out of 4 women has had an abortion by the age of 45?? 😳 That statistic is one of the reasons we are talking to my friend today because chances are you know someone who has had one.
On today's podcast, I am joined by my friend Brittany Poppe! She is a wife and mama in North Dakota who is sharing her post-abortion story.
